Stop / No Stop

Stop / No Stop will be the first in a series of videos about Fostering, caring, and cultivating ourselves. I recently went through a rough time and a loved one told me " Lana, "It is time for you to foster yourself" (Thank You, Rob). Never spent time contemplating what Fostering meant. The concept when applied to myself instead of others I love, took on a different r meaning. The broadness of the concept of Fostering is wonderful. So, I hope you enjoy this journey with me and other friends who have realized this is important for them also. Presenting this series is exciting, and I hope those watching are enriched by it also. The concept in this video is Cultivate yourself. To me, this means learning to prepare, nurture, and to carefully choose friends who enrich our lives, and we enrich theirs. Cultivate my mind, heart and soul and grow deep roots to benefit myself and those around me.
