ShelterLogic tent to metal shed conversion

Originally I bought this ShelterLogic tent in 2018 to have more storage so I could rotate summer and winter toys to and from this tent and have extra space for my business in my big shed, then the fabric top tore in the winter of 2020. I talked with my brother-in-law Keven Berns as he had a pair of tents that were more like quonset huts (more rounded), his tent fabric lasted much longer, and eventually tore, he was the one who came up with the corrugated metal fix for his tent, so I just followed his lead. I found some used corrugated material on line where a tree had fallen on someone’s new pole shed, insurance bought him all new material, and I repurposed his old stuff. I got some #12 x 1-1/2” metal tek screws from my neighbor Tom Hauterbrook, and stated work on my new metal shed.
