Is that graphene oxide in my blood?

Is that graphene oxide growing and organizing a network in my blood sample 45 minutes after it left my body..? My blood cells were a nice healthy round, but immediately after drawing my blood the rouleaux formations (stacked cells in a line) were evident (often seen post vaccination). What's even more curious on the black webbing is that movement seemed to trigger expansion and growth of the strands.
