Collier County FL Votes To End Water Fluoridation

Collier County, FL passed a resolution ending the practice of water fluoridation! 🙌🚰 ☢️

After 2+ hours of public comments the commissioners voted to stop the fluoride! (5-0)

“I’m all for removing it and giving people the choice. Those that don’t want fluoride won’t have it pushed upon them. It’s all about health freedom and limited government.” - Commissioner Chris Hall

The icing on the cake was how the commissioners realized that water fluoridation was in direct violation of their new medical freedom law passed last year prohibiting mass medication of the public without informed consent 🙌

“Water fluoridation is a medication we are providing the citizens through their drinking water without informed consent. Based on the resolution we passed last year, we are acting in violation of our very own law.” - Commissioner Daniel Kowal

48 people signed up to speak with some donating their time to others. Only 4 people spoke in favor of fluoridating the water.
