THE ‘HOW TO’ AND ‘HOW NOT TO’ OF THE MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION- 2Cor.5:19

Paul’s gospel is all about the ministry of reconciliation. A ministry to be done by God’s people that tells the world that God wants them to know that He did not send Jesus because someone had to be punished for their bad behavior. Rather, Jesus came to show that God is not imputing their bad behavior to them.
When done according to Paul’s instructions believers become the “he who holds back” of 2Thes.2 that must be “taken out of the way” before the man of sin can be revealed.
But, when done contrary to Paul’s instructions they are the accursed of Gal.1:8,9.
