Defund the Police and "Commies"

What does the recent "Defund the Police" movement have to do with Communist Goals that were written down in the early 1960's?
Well, quite a bit.

Goal #38 is "Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat]."

Remember in Minneapolis after George Floyd that they wanted to replace police with people from social services to prevent police brutality?
