D.C. Valentine's Day shooting: suspect barricaded in home

Three D.C. Police officers were shot and another injured while attempting to serve an arrest warrant in Southeast early Valentine's Day morning, according to Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) Chief Pamela Smith.
