NMSP Officer out patrolling Albuquerque New Mexico area and observed a suv speeding.

The driver had 2 adult passengers in the vehicle, along with the drivers Toddler daughter and her brothers child.

The officer got a scent of alcohol coming from the vehicle and put the driver through fields, and she became agitated and was using the excuse to get her daughter to probably put distance between herself and the officer, but that didn’t work.

The driver was charged with DWI and 2 counts for operating while intoxicated with children in the vehicle which can be a felony.
