If you have insomnia, there are several things you should avoid to improve your sleep quality.
•Firstly, avoid consuming caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine, especially before bedtime.
•Secondly, avoid eating large meals or drinking a lot of fluids before bed.
•Thirdly, avoid using your bed for activities other than sleeping or sex, such as working or watching TV.
•Fourthly, avoid taking naps during the day.Lastly, avoid poor sleep habits, such as going to bed and waking up at different times each day, taking naps, being too active before bedtime, and having a sleep area that is not comfortable.
