(SUMMARY NARRATIVE BASED ON ROLEPLAY PLAYTHROUGH SESSION IN STELLARIS)
Episode 05B - NEW MANILA UPRISNG
In the hallowed chambers of the Sila Colonial Senate, heated debates echoed through the cosmic corridors, fueled by the recent revelation of the downed colonial spacecraft on the Astral Planet. The discovery that the locals had unraveled the existence of extraterrestrial beings outside their planetary haven ignited a fierce discussion. Senators fervently deliberated the pivotal choices that lay ahead: a full-scale invasion, a surgical strike to neutralize the research facility, or a third option of passive observation, considering the locals lacked the capacity for a complete reverse engineering of the colonial craft.
As the colonial senators grappled with the weight of their decisions, proceedings and hearings regarding the "downed colonial aircraft" situation were abruptly postponed. The relentless tide of local uprisings in the colonial space took precedence, rendering the political arena turbulent and unpredictable.
On November 1, 2282, the New Tripoli Uprising was quashed with the iron fist of the colonial government. Yet, the echoes of rebellion persisted, and as the embers of one uprising dimmed, another flared on April 28, 2283. A revolt erupted on the colonial agricultural planet of New Manila - the largest uprising yet in colonial space , like its predecessor uprisings Colonial Government swiftly and brutally crushed the uprising within 2 years
In the midst of internal strife, cosmic curiosity led the Sila Colonial Government to a startling encounter on January 28, 2290. The ancient empire known as the Dekron Continuum crossed paths with the colonial government. While the initial contact bore no remarkable events, a revelation sent shivers through the corridors of power—the Dekron Continuum also resided on a ring world. Suspicion lingered, giving rise to questions about their origins. Could they be the architects of the ring world, or were they, too, recipients of enigmatic forerunners who traversed the cosmic expanse, leaving behind the celestial marvel that connected them all?
As the saga unfolded, the Sila Colonial Government found itself at a galactic crossroads, navigating the delicate balance between internal discord and the mysteries that resonated across the stars. The choices made in the Senate reverberated not only within the cosmic corridors of Sila but also through the cosmic fabric that connected the civilizations, old and new, in an interstellar dance fraught with uncertainties and revelations.
