Neutron Phenomenon 01.31.24@16:00(MST)

One of the most bizarre events I've ever witnessed. The sun was being extra and wouldn't let me look up so I decided to use my camera to find out why. Seems the chemical mixture in the air was dense enough to cause this optical effect. These are not natural clouds.
