In an instant, millions of unsuspecting people were transported to an alien ring world sanctuary, marooned and alone. They found themselves in an unknown and dangerous place, and it was clear that they would have to band together and work as a nation if they wanted to survive.

The settlers quickly realized that they would have to start from scratch, building new homes and communities from the materials they had on hand. They had to learn how to survive in this new world, and how to make the best of what they had. Despite the challenges, the settlers remained determined to find a way home. They knew that somewhere out there, a place called Earth existed, and they were determined to find it, no matter what it took.

In the Aftermath of the Great Teleportation Catastrophe marked a major turning point in the history of State of Hawaii . Suddenly, the provisional government was faced with the challenge of managing and supporting a large population of people who had been transported to an alien world without their consent.

The provisional government responded by mobilizing all of its resources to support the new settlers and help them adapt to their new environment. This included providing basic necessities like food, shelter, and medical care, as well as establishing a system of governance and law enforcement to maintain order and ensure the safety of the community.

The Provisional government also had to navigate the complex political landscape of the alien ring world, working to establish diplomatic relations with Mega Corporations that were teleported along with them and ensure the safety and security of its citizens.

As the settlers worked to build a new society on the alien ring world, the government played a crucial role in helping them establish their new home. It worked to create policies and programs that would help the settlers thrive, and it sought out partnerships with mega corporations to share resources and knowledge.

Through determination and cooperation, the government and people of this new nation were able to work towards a brighter future, one filled with hope and the possibility of returning home. Overtime , the new government was called Sila colonial government . this new government illustrates the importance of a strong and capable government in times of crisis, and the ability of a united people to overcome even the most difficult challenges.

Despite the challenges and uncertainties faced by the settlers, the new government remained committed to its mission of supporting and protecting its people. Through its leadership and determination, it helped the settlers navigate the challenges of their new home and work towards a brighter future for all.

Humanity has now grown and flourished on the ring world of SILA, and is ready to explore the galaxy and embark on a quest to find their lost homeworld, known as Earth, in history. In 2160, SCG scientists successfully reverse-engineered faster-than-light (FTL) technology from abandoned space ships found in deep underground facilities of the ruined ring world, and began a series of tests. While the early designs were crude, they were sufficient for the task.

On August 17, 2172, SCA test probes using the reversed-engineered FTL technology were launched, and all tests were successful. Building of an orbital outpost and shipyards began on March 23, 2180, and was completed on May 19, 2189. A year later, construction of FTL-capable manned ships began.
