Indiana State Police say they are tracking leads outside the state in fire that killed four girls in Flora

A review of the case by the Indianapolis Fire Department confirmed the Nov. 2016 fire in Flora was intentionally set. Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter says the investigation is very active.
