I never get tired of baking these delicious cupcakes! Light and simple recipe
The ingredients:
3 medium eggs
a pinch of salt
150 gr. sugar
1 lemon peel
vanilla
60 gr. lemon juice
70 gr. developed. oils
+/- 180 gr. pain
50 gr. Starks
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 tsp soda
170-180°C – 20 minutes
Clock jam
lemon juice
powdered sugar
