The Phil Harris/ Alice Faye Show - Dec. 3, 1950 - Missing Baby

Phil Harris, who was the band leader and comedian on The Jack Benny Show, had his own situation comedy with his wife, movie star and singer, Alice Faye. They did play themselves. Elliot Lewis played Phil Harris band member, Frank Remley, who had a reputation of being a drunk and he always got Harris in trouble.
This all started on The Jack Benny Show. The Phil Harris band were portrayed as drunks and losers, including Phil Harris. There was a band member whose name was Frank Remley, a good friend of Jack Benny, allowed his name to be used for this character they created. Enjoy this broadcast from Dec. 3, 1950.
