Fallout 3 looks and plays great, 16 years after it's initial release, running on the Xbox Series X in 2024!
This is still the Xbox 360 version of the game, but on Series X it runs the Xbox One X Enhanced Patch at 60fps instead of the original 30fps.
The Xbox One X Enhanced Patch increased the resolution from 720p to 4K, increased draw distance, texture resolution and filtering--basically allowed the game to run at it's maximum visually. On Xbox Series X and S, FPS Boost increases the framerate to 60.
The Xbox Series X, without a doubt, offers the definitive and best-ever console version of this all-time great videogame.
