Pickup truck crashes into Lebanon ambulance carrying patient on state Route 122 in Warren County

A pickup truck crashed head-on into a Lebanon ambulance transporting a patient Friday morning and sent five people to the hospital, officials said. The pickup was attempting to pass a car and hit the ambulance about 7:50 a.m. on Route 122 in Warren County between state Route 741 and state Route 123, according to officials. The injuries are not considered life-threatening, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
