I. Who Owns the Fruit of One’s Labor?
* A. The Seven Years of Plenty were followed by -  Genesis 41:48-49
* B. Seven Years of Famine - Genesis 41:53-57
* 1. When the Money failed - Genesis 47:13-15
* 2. The people of Egypt sold their livestock - Gen. 47:16-18
* 3. Then they sold their land for food - Genesis 47:19-20
* 4. Finally they sold their bodies to Pharaoh - 47:21, 23-25

II. The Wicked Plot to Steal the Property of Everyone - Micah 2:1-3
* A. The Woe God pronounces, a curse from the Most High
* 1. A curse for those who devise evil instead of sleeping
* a. God gives His  beloved sweet sleep
* b. Pursuing evil brings death - Proverbs 11:19
* 2. Iniquity describes every violation of God’s Holy Law
* B. Power in the hands of evil doers is a great curse upon the earth
* 1. Power is a most powerful idolatry
* 2. The wicked worship the power of their hands
* 3. We look for that day when all power will be only in the hands of Righteous King Jesus and His faithful servants
* C. The 10th Commandment forbids Covetousness - Exodus 20:17
* 1. It is a desire to have what God has not given to you and which is not lawful for you to acquire
* 2. It is the mindset which proceeds all violations of the 8th 
* a. We have a God given right to own property
* b. Civil government is charged by God to protect this right and punish the violation of it
* c. Theft involves violence of one sort or another
* d. It also is oppression of multiple generations - Leviticus 25
