About the video: My long time observation has been that MOST people are eating 'foods' that are leading to sickness and disease and it astounds me how stubborn people are about changing their habits.

In this video, Professor Bart Kay talks about the optimal human diet and in my opinion, Bart is one of the most knowledgeable and qualified people to speak on this topic.
