"Blaze in the Heart of Mumbai: 15 Homes Gutted"

In the early hours of February 17, a fire broke out in a slum located in Adarsh Nagar, Govandi area of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
More than nine fire brigades promptly responded to the incident upon receiving the information, with efforts to contain the blaze ongoing.
Approximately 10-15 houses were gutted in the fire, yet thankfully, no injuries have been reported thus far.
In the densely populated area, containing the fire posed significant challenges to the responders due to narrow lanes and the presence of flammable materials.
Both fire officials and Mumbai Police are currently present at the scene, working to manage the situation and investigate the cause of the fire.
