1. Tree is on the property. I'd rather it wasn't killed but a bit late now. Maybe.
2. 100% legal to toast on sight but I simply could not do that in good conscious without a lot of other issues to work out. Bit moot now, anyway.
3. Different story if it gets in any of the shade trees up here, some planted over 100 years ago. Wooden disc around trunks?
