Dave grew up in Enfield, CT, and lived in various cities including Atlanta, NYC, and Longmeadow, MA. He first played guitar at 13, dreaming of a rock and roll career, but initially pursued corporate goals. Starting in 2004, Dave worked for NBC Universal TV Station Group in West Hartford, CT, navigating the nascent field of digital advertising when there was no existing revenue model and the first iPhone was still in development.

Promoted in 2006 and again in 2007, he moved to NYC's Rockefeller Plaza, embracing every opportunity for growth. His leadership and resilience earned him the position of Director, despite being technically under-qualified. After NBC, Dave spent 15 years with top tech firms in advertising, managing clients like Ford, IBM, and Disney. His career exemplifies his belief that determination leads to success.

Inspired by Neil Young's interview on following dreams, Dave returned to music in 2018, focusing on solo performances and songwriting. He views life’s challenges like a symphony—complex but harmoniously navigated. Dave is passionate about teaching resilience and mental toughness, advocating for individuals to shape their own futures against societal norms.
