D.C. Valentine's Day Shooting: Suspect Barricaded in Residence

During the early hours of Valentine's Day, three officers from the Washington D.C. Police Department were shot and another was injured as they sought to execute an arrest warrant in the Southeast region, as reported by Chief Pamela Smith of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD)
