The man said to be at the wheel in a lengthy high speed pursuit through Anderson Township, Mt. Washington and Newtown appeared in court Thursday.

Police say Bradford Henry reached speeds of ninety miles an hour at times before he crashed and rolled his SUV over on SR 32 near Clearcreek Park Tuesday night. At times, he allegedly turned his headlights off to elude police and nearly hit a deputy and his K9 partner.

He is charged with ignoring the order to pull over, open container and OVI.

In court, the assistant prosecutor said Henry has been charged with OVI on three other occasions and had an open bottle of Fireball liquor in his SUV.

He is now held on a $75,000 bond.

A Newtown officer's bodycam shows the aftermath of the crash on SR 32 near Turpin Lane.

Officers are seen trying to reach Henry through his overturned SUV before fire and EMS arrive and rescue him.
