Cutting dependence: Hundreds of delegates convene at forum in Moscow

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has called for an end to colonial dependency, emphasizing the perils of allowing resources to be ‘siphoned-off’ at low prices, in a speech at the ‘For the Freedom of Nations’ forum in Moscow.

RT correspondent Marina Kosareva was at the forum, and heard first-hand how nations are pressing on with independent policies, despite pressure from former colonial powers.
