Musicality 4/7 - Soft Phrase Endings

Just as with speech, punctuation and emphasis will undeniably dramatically change your performance.

Three things are important to learn about phrasing:
1. Train your ear by listening to a lot of recordings, also to vocal music.
2. Be careful about indications in the score (crescendo, diminuendo, try to see the phrases in the score before playing them)
3. Use the right technique of playing soft endings.
