The evidentiary hearing in Georgia regarding the potential disqualification of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has temporarily concluded, as announced by a judge on Friday.

It is anticipated that the attorneys involved will need to reconvene in the coming weeks to address unresolved matters.

Among these issues is the question of whether Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor hired by Willis to oversee the case, can continue to claim attorney-client privilege over certain testimony and evidence involving his former law partner and divorce attorney, Terrence Bradley.

Furthermore, both defense attorneys and prosecutors will be given the chance to submit additional legal briefs at their discretion.

The evidentiary hearing spanned two tumultuous days of testimony, featuring statements from District Attorney Fani Willis herself, CNN reported.
