Ingredients:
2 cups ripe mango pulp (fresh or canned)
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
Chopped nuts (like almonds, pistachios) for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Mango Puree: If using fresh mangoes, peel and dice them. Blend the diced mangoes in a blender until smooth. If using canned mango pulp, you can skip this step.

Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and sugar is dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small individual cups. If you don't have kulfi molds, you can use small paper cups or ice cube trays.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until the kulfi is completely set.

Serve: Once the kulfi is set, remove it from the freezer. If using molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds to help release the kulfi. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
