The Three Circles- A Disturbing Blueprint for Dystopian Supremacy

Talking about a strategy comprised of tandem programs for controlling a large population with an extremely small military/police force in a geographic area. Understanding the danger of said strategy as an American civilian and recognizing the warning signs that can mean its imminent deployment by a totalitarian regime. Whether utilized by a domestic or foreign authority after a catalyst event and/or war, its result would be the elimination of every individual right and legal protection for the supremacy of a police state in the role of governance. Conceived to remove the ratio advantage of civilians to military that's kept tyrannical forces in check since the beginning of human history and government.
