I eyeball the measurements based on my intuition and what i need each day. Some days i need more cayenne if i have cramps and some days i need more turmeric/pepper + lemon if im fatigued and bloated.
I add ginger every other morning bc i eat a lot of ginger in my diet. Balance ⚖️ Pls only do this of you are skilled in herbs for healing and deeply connected to your body and it’s responses!
General Recipe:
• 1 TSP tumeric
• pinch of pepper
• 1/4 tsp cayenne
• 1/2 lemon
