We head off to Singapore Botanic Gardens & National Orchid Garden. It took us about 1/2 an hour to get to via the MRT. The Orchid Garden is in the middle of the Singapore Botanic Gardens (free entry) and costs SGD $5 pp entry. I scored a seniors discount and it only cost SGD $1. Get there early to avoid the queues.

The Singapore Botanic Gardens is 82 hectares (202.63 acres) HUGE!!!! The Orchid Garden is 760m2

The Botanic Garden was founded 1859 and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The garden is open from 8.30am - 7.00pm daily.

We headed over to the ION Mall in Orchard Road and had a very nice lunch at WISMA-HENIU TEPPANYAKI.

We finished the day at Clarke Quay. I had a great chicken curry and ice cold beer at Revenvour Hock Loc Kee in the Clarke Quay Central Mall.

Yet another great day touring around Singapore.
