Representative Jason Smith (R-MO) says the former IRS contractor who was sentenced to five years in prison for leaking thousands of taxpayers' information, including former President Donald Trump’s, should face more severe penalties. “A five-year sentence for going after this information is so, so small,” says Rep. Smith. “And it will not stop future activity of this.”
