A Georgia judge will hear a motion to disqualify the top prosecutor seeking a conviction against Donald Trump and his co-defendants in their election interference case. A defense attorney is asking the judge to dismiss the indictment and remove Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the case after allegations of an “inappropriate relationship” with special prosecutor Nathan Wade surfaced in January.
