What did I do with those Big Cucumbers?

Well, you have been asking, and I am finally sharing with you the ideas I had for these massive cucumbers that I ran through the freeze dryer last summer. I had fun experimenting a bit, and overall I think this was a win, and I will certainly plan to do this again if there is an abundance available to me in the future, for any sized cucumber!
