Drilling drainage holes in bottom of Dollar Store Cat Litter Pan for growing onion starts. Add horticultural perlite or small pebbles to bottom pan to serve as a water reservoir. Place drainage pan with holes on top of water reservoir pan. Add potting mix or dirt for planting onion starts. Ready to plant!
