Navalny was killed by Putin. Its strange that some people justify his killing because Navalny wasn't a good person as in thats what determines who lives and who dies but not justice.
The only reason why Navalny was killed was not because his anti muslim comments but because elections are happening soon in Russia and Putin does not want any uncomfortable opposition.
Navalny was that type of person Putin brands himself to be but isnt meaning traditional, Christian, hating muslims...a typical russian with good and bad. Putin is just a pawn of different agents.
