After watching a recent interview between Jimmy Fallon and Paris Hilton discussing their recent purchases of Bored Ape NFTs I noticed something. It really seemed like neither of them were very enthusiastic, or knew anything about the NFTs they were talking about. Digging a little deeper I figured out why. Major celebrities like Lamelo Ball, Mark Cuban, Stephen Curry, Justin Beaber, Snoop Dog, and more are running one of the biggest NFT scams ever. In short, they partially own OpenSea, one of the biggest NFT trading platforms in the world, and by continually driving hype about NFTs, they are pulling in hundreds of millions in exchange fees.
