ONLINE CLASSES CONTINUING ON 19th of FEBRUARY – YOU CAN JOIN AT ANY TIME

We warmly invite you to a series of online classes on various scriptures of Advaita Vedanta, which are being offered freely [as per the scriptures] by Advaita Vedanta Ashram Europe.

The classes are taught by the Teacher at the Ashram, Sachidananda Acharya, based on the Teachings of his Guru, the world-renowned Advaita Vedanta Acharya [Teacher], Swami Paramarthananda.

Sachidananda Acharya has personally received the approval and blessings of Swami Ji to offer these classes based on his Teachings, and students can download for free the transcripts of Swami Ji’s Teachings that we will be covering.

We are currently studying the transcript: ‘Vivekacudamani 108 Verses by Swami Paramarthananda’, which you can download here:

You can also listen to the live recordings of Swami Paramarthananda’s Teachings on the Sastraprakasika app. This is highly recommended.

In each class, Sachidananda Acharya will answer any questions that students have about the text in order to reveal the deeper meaning. Through Q & A, students will have a great opportunity to clarify their understanding and to remove any doubts they may have. Depending on the flow of questions, Q & A will be followed by a guided meditation allowing us to gain deep experience of the essential meaning of the truths we have discovered.

In a sense, Swami Ji’s text or recorded Teachings of Vivekacudamani, will function as Sravanam, [listening to the Teachings] and Sachidananda Acharya’s classes will be function as Mananam [removing doubts, answering questions and clarifying the Teaching] and Nidhi Dhyasanam [Vedantic Meditation]. Therefore, it is essential to thoroughly study Swami Ji’s instructions and to prepare questions before Sachidananda Acharya’s classes.

Thus between Swami Ji's and Sachidananda Acharya's Teachings students will engage in Sravanam, Mananam and Nidhi Dhyasanam, the essential process as described and advised by the Scriptures.

Classes will be via Google Meet.
We will study Vivekacudamani on Mondays, starting at 5:30 pm Greek time. The next class will be on Monday the 19th of February and run for one hour.

Students can join the class at any time. There will be regular term breaks.

In accordance with tradition, both classes and private meetings are offered freely, with donations entirely optional. Although they are not a prerequisite, donations will however be accepted and highly appreciated, either for our Noble Vision, for Sachidananda Acharya and his family, or for both.

Donations to Sachidananda Acharya and his family, can be arranged privately.

We are part of the authentic Guru Parampara of Advaita Vedanta. As mentioned above, the Teacher of the classes, Sachidananda Acharya, has received the Blessing of his Guru, Swami Paramarthananda to teach from Swami Ji’s transcripts.

Sachidananda Acharya also received Deeksha [a sacred Shiva Mantra] from Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Swamiji – the 37th Jagadguru of Sringeri - and permission to pass this Deeksha on to his qualified students.
