Drill drainage holes in bottom of 25 gallon plastic tubs. Fill tubs 1/2 full with dirt. Plant 5 sulfur-dusted seed-potatoes per container and barely cover them with dirt. Water them in. Gradually add more dirt to "hill them" up as they grow. If frost threatens, cover them with clear plastic or more dirt to protect from freezing. Keep them slightly moist, but be careful not to overwater. Too much water will encourage fungal diseases and cause them to rot. Depending on the weather and how big you like your potatoes, they'll be ready to start digging up to harvest in 3 to 6 months. Once the tops die back, the potatoes will stop growing and can be dug as needed well into late Fall.
