West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey talks about the Supreme Court hearing Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and how it could cast aside the Chevron deference. “A lot of times when people talk about the Swamp and the administrative state, it’s just kind of a buzzword,” Morrisey explains. “But really what it is is when the Congress or the courts give an inordinate amount of power to these federal agencies. And those agencies try to seize even more power and act without authority of Congress. That’s what happening here with Chevron deference. That’s what happening in this Loper case.”
