"Battle for Chernihiv" is a three-part documentary, the heroes of which are only military personnel. This is a look at the events of February-March 2022 of both professional soldiers and volunteers, both recruit soldiers and generals and colonels. At the moment, this is the most complete story of the defense of Chernihiv, based on the memories of direct participants in those events.

In the 1st episode, we will talk about the following:
- How did the Russians prepare for the attack on Ukraine and how many Russian troops went to capture Chernihiv?
- What was the importance of the city in the plans of the Russians, and how did the invasion of Chernihiv region take place?
- Places of the first battles for Chernihiv and where the Armed Forces crushed the first columns of Russians?
- What went wrong in the defense plan of Chernihiv on February 24, and why does Leonid Khoda think that it made it possible to repulse the Russian onslaught?
- How long was the largest column of Russian troops near Chernihiv?
- How did the Russians try to seize the Pivtsi airfield and what prevented them from doing so?
