Cops Arrest Unwell Man

Info from Licensor: "This video happened on February 5th, 2024 at Genesee Plaza Shopping Center in San Diego. It was happening right before noon on a rainy day. I work through DoorDash and was waiting for an order to come and happened to be sitting in my car in the parking lot. I looked over to my left and saw 2 cop cars sitting there and one of the cops was holding their gun pointing at something to my back left. I looked over and saw a guy holding his cell phone clearly distressed. That’s when I hit record and everyone started yelling at each other. Cops were yelling for him to raise his hands and turn around to which he responded with multiple curse words. More cops were pulling up including a cop with a K-9. He was the guy in charge and tried to de-escalate the situation. I was able to record a good amount of the situation before I was moved by a separate cop. They were widening their perimeter around the suspect. I was able to move alongside the back and record a separate video of the interaction. From what I could gather, someone had initially called the cops saying the suspect had a weapon and was waving it around. I could only see he was holding a cell phone. From what I could tell the suspect was either on drugs or was having a mental breakdown. Long story short, he eventually was apprehended and was taken away in an ambulance."
