DID RORY KENNEDY FUND THE CLIMATE PROTEST ATTACK ON THE CONSTITUTION?

Two climate protesters attacked the casing the U.S. Constitution is displayed in, throwing red powder at it. Their goal is to have a climate emergency declared. Did Bobby Kennedy's sister Rory and her Climate Emergency Fund fund these protesters to attack the Constitution. Rory started the fund to fund these protests years after she refused to expose Gore, Redford and Sundance and give solutions to the world.
