Ukraine reportedly fired over a dozen MLRS missiles at the city.
These missiles are not designed to be precise. And they weren't - no military targets were in the area, but a school and a some stores were struck. All targets purely civilian.
At least six dead including a four-months(!!) girl.
Several more injured including children (video above 18+ - very hard to watch).
NATO provided weapons systems were used...

Ps: The thing here is that this is not collateral damage.
It's really f-ed up, but all wars have collateral damage.
This wasn't that.
It was not a rocket going astray.
It was not air defense shooting a missile down and both falling on civilians.
It was not Israel-style of destroying a city block to kill several HAMAS soldiers in the rubble.
This wasn't even the US confusing a wedding for a terrorist gathering and killing dozens by mistake.
This was a deliberate and targeted attack on civilians.
