Stress, Diets, and How to Lose Weight When it’s Hard | A Different Perspective | February 10, 2024
Most of us want to look good, and many of us want to lose weight. Why is it so hard? Because the conventional wisdom on how to lose weight is set up against you. The food pyramid is a lie. Eating cholesterol doesn’t cause high cholesterol. There’s no such thing as a thyroid problem or a hormone problem. These are always secondary to something else going on.
