Potato with ground beef! Simple and delicious recipe that all your friends will ask for

Ingredients:
2 Potatoes 500g
Carrot 50g
1 onion 135g
2 tomatoes 168g
2 cloves of garlic
Ground beef 400g
Ketchup 1tbsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
50g Shredded cheese
Salt, black pepper
Olive oil

Recipe:
2 potatoes (500g)
Slice the potatoes
Place in a bowl of water
Boil some water
1tsp salt
Rinse well
Cook for 3 minutes
Drain the water
Put in cold water
Drain the water again
Add olive oil to a hot pan
Dice 1 onion
Add to the pan
2 cloves of garlic
Dice the garlic
Fry for about 2 minutes
80g carrot
Dice the carrot
Fry for 2 minutes
2 tomatoes
Add to the pan
400g ground beef
Cook for about 5 minutes
1tbsp ketchup
1tbsp soy sauce
Mix well
1tsp salt
Black pepper
Transfer to a baking dish
Place the potato slices in the beef
Salt
Olive oil
Bake for 25 minutes at 190C/375F
After 25 minutes
50g shredded cheese
Bake for another 8-10 minutes at 190C/375F
Parsley (optional)
