Wife of Uber driver killed in crash with Colts player says she's 'not surprised' at husbands actions

Widow of Uber driver killed by a suspected drunk driver over the weekend said she isn’t surprised that her husband was outside his vehicle helping Colts player Edwin Jackson when he died because that’s just the type of person he was.
