'If you can't drive, stay off the street': 5 hit-and-runs on Lincoln Avenue in 8 months

Residents and city leaders are upset after yet another hit-and-run crash on Lincoln Avenue, this time a fatal one.  Charges have been filed against the driver involved in the hit and run crash on Feb. 4 at the intersection of 15th Street and Lincoln Avenue.
