How Can Aligning Ourselves Help Fight Crime? - Dr. David Hone

There are lots of reasons society is so divided and seemingly falling apart. One of those is we, meaning all of us in society, are not aligned and grounded. Our spirits, minds, emotions, bodies, and relationships are so out of whack we literally become grumpy, aggressive, spiteful, and mean. When enough of us are that way it's a recipe for disaster.

Health comes in many forms. Physical health is just what we see. There are also mental, spiritual, emotional, and other types of health. Amazingly, when all of these are aligned each one works synergistically to enhance and benefit the others. When that happens we are more peaceful, loving, caring, and focused outward instead of inward. Society could use more of that don't you think?

In order to get all of these areas aligned we would typically go see a chiropractor, physical therapist, nutritionist, and medical doctor for our physical health, a psychologist or psychiatrist for our mental health, etc etc. What if we could get all of that in one visit?

That's what I get when I go see Dr David Hone. He's the founder of Elements of Life Institute in Salmon, Idaho, and to me, he's literally a miracle worker. How does he do it? Not really sure and frankly don't care. I just know he does. Both for me and for a number of others who I care deeply about.

What does all of this have to with All Things Crime, a true crime video, and podcast? Imagine, if you can, a society that isn't divided but aligned with each other. Imagine citizens of all genders, races, orientations, and persuasions getting along because we all feel better and are healthier. That would be a good start, wouldn't it?

Maybe then there would be less crime? Maybe we could apply more resources toward solving cases than protecting buildings from being burnt down. Maybe that's not possible and we will never eradicate all the evil men choose to do no matter how much we try, but at least our law enforcement and other first responders can be better equipped to deal with the stress and rigors of working in the environments they do on a regular basis.
