I tried to find a decent version of this speech and could not. There's one with Japanese subtitles however the English ones stops inexplicably half-way through. That version was only 40 minutes long, this longer one is 1h 19m. As I couldn't figure out the German nor Japanese (as subtitles) not sure what was cut out. This version has great 'b-roll' footage of the NSDAP movement, unsure of this provenance.

Anyway, the appeal of this speech is clear, and the passion palpable. Adolph Hitler united a divided country and jump-started remarkable economic and societal reforms, and yes he was awful in other ways. I was curious though about his influence, and seeing this video makes me think of what it must have been like to suffer for 14 years after WW I, with 30% unemployment and national humiliation.

Here's the translation of the description from the original Japanese:
Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party gained, ostensibly legally, greater power than Germany's previous cabinets, presidents, and monarchs had been able to obtain. The process of seizing power can be roughly divided into two periods. The period from when the Nazi Party became one of the leading political parties in the country until the formation of Hitler's cabinet on January 30, 1933, and when Hitler and the Nazi Party came to power, almost wiped out all domestic and international political opponents, and the legislative and administrative powers This was the period until the party, the state, and Hitler controlled the power within Germany, including the three powers of power and judiciary. The latter process was short-lived, lasting approximately two years after gaining power.
